The AEWC32FM features a thin, grand concert shaped body with a soft Florentine cutaway and an arched back. The top is laminated flamed maple with black and white binding on Sapele back and sides with a low gloss finish. The round soundhole has a black & white acrylic rosette. It has a nyatoh neck with a 25" scale, 20-fret walnut fingerboard with offset white dot position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in a special top-loading walnut bridge which eliminates the need for bridge pins, a plastic nut, and black Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
