Condition: Items must be in as-delivered condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. 

Shipping/ Restocking Fees: If your original purchase included free shipping, the actual shipping cost is deducted from your refund or credit. For buyer's remorse returns, you may also be responsible for or have return shipping deducted from your refund total. If you have redeemed a manufacturer rebate or promotion, your return will be subject to a deduction of the amount of the rebate or promotion. If the item is not returned in as-new condition, it may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including music books and sheet music (due to copyright issues), software, open-box reeds, strings, harmonicas, pitchpipes, whistles, earphones, and mouthpieces. Instrument cases must be in as-new condition with original tag. Musical instruments, once played, are considered used and are thus generally considered non-returnable. Contact us for more information. Music lesson fees are non-refundable.
